Special Acknowledgement – Michelle Moffatt

The Gumdale P&C Association would like to acknowledge the long-term commitment of Michelle Moffatt. Michelle officially joined the Gumdale P&C in 2020 but her connection to Gumdale runs much deeper. She began volunteering in the uniform shop back in 2017 and to this day continues to manage this space. From planning stock and placing orders to coordinating special items like senior shirts and camp jackets, Michelle ensures every student’s uniform needs are met.

Her impact goes far beyond uniforms. Michelle is the driving force behind our Mother’s Day and Father’s Day stalls, and she’s often the reason a lost jumper finds its way back to the right classroom. She’s also a passionate supporter of our Community Support Program, always looking for ways to assist families.

Michelle’s work may happen behind the scenes, but her influence is felt across our school every single day. If you see Michelle on the school grounds, please take a moment to thank her for her dedication to the Gumdale Community.

Gumtree Eatery

A huge thank you to Loretta and our amazing tuckshop team who once again came together to serve up delicious meals for students including our specials on Gumdale’s 90th Celebration Day.

This term we warmly welcome Sarah to the team and extend our thanks to Tammie for her valued contribution. We look forward to continuing to see Tammie in our Gumdale community.

Colour & Slime Fun Run

We marked Gumdale’s 90th Anniversary with a day of celebration featuring a disco and the unforgettable Colour& Slime Fun Run. The joy of the children’s faces said it all. What a great day!

Playground Fundraising Success

Thank you to our amazing Gumdale families for rallying behind our playground project. Together, you raised a huge $53,609. The excitement is building, and we can’t wait to see this new space come to life for our children to enjoy for years to come.

Volunteer Appreciation

The P&C would like to extend a massive thank our volunteers whose support made the Colour&Slime Fun Run and Father’s Day stall possible. These events bring so much joy to our students and simply wouldn’t happen without the generous support of our Gumdale community.
